It also seems that one could use these as candleholders--perhaps with a candle in one and matches in the other

Semeuse with Flowers, Vines and Dragonfly, Amazing 1915 French Stamp Collage Post Card winding snake with a bit of paintI love a piece of stamp art, and this may be my favorite I've seen, with each of those tiny Semeuse (sower of seeds, a French national symbol) cut from a stamp (the same as used to stamp the postcard). Plus hand drawn green ink vines connecting them, punctuated with stamp cut flowers, and one stamp collaged dragonfly fluttering around among them. Wonderful. 5 1 2" x 3 1 2". Very good condition.
