extremely mild fold wear including a tiny wear hole at both the center and right fold intersections on the center horizontal fold line plus a small tear through the center vertical fold line (just below center) and some additional creasing around some of the fold intersections (note there are three horizontal and three vertical folds)

a couple of tiny white surface creases just below the top edge
