Domaine Rouge Bleu Dentelle Rouge, 2022 Pedro Ximenez 5% ViognierDark fruits, plum, blueberry, hickory, rhubarb. Mixed blue and black berries on a mid weight palate. Guided by organic and biodynamic principles, the wine is produced with minimal intervention and wild yeast fermentation. This light hand in the cellar along with low yielding, old & deep rooted vines allows the wine to give a pure expression of the terroir of the region influenced by hot Mediterranean summers and the fierce Mistral wind.
