Belgium "Habilete Moralite" Labor Merit Medal 1st Class Militaria Introduced in 1970 to replaceDecoration of Labor 1st Class. Issued for 30 years of Service in the sectors of agriculture or industry. On the obverse: Skill and Morality (in French and Flemish). The Decoration was instituted in 1847 as the Industrial and Agricultural Decoration. This is the bilingual version of the medal issued since 1958. Good condition.
