Schola Sarmenti "Roccamora", 2022 Auxerrois Neive | PiedmontRoccamora is a rich and vigorous wine, yet with a velvety structure and soft tannins, but with a distinct punch. It shows spice, leather and tobacco notes on the nose with a fruity finish. Negroamaro is generally one of the trickier grapes to grow, but in Schola Sarmenti's expert hands in its native Puglia, it shines.
