Tim and Scott co founded Perr & Knight, an insurance services firm, but it was Tims love of wine that sparked the creation of Pali Wines. Winemaker Aaron Walker oversees all aspects of the winerys Lompoc production facility. Kenneth Juhasz, of Auteur Wines, is consulting winemaker. The portfolio is divided
