and seems also as if it might be the name of a boat

I personally can remember drawing dog faces just like the one at lower right and heart shaped eyes like the one at center

I find the holes and thinning to the fabric quite beautiful

Ledger Paper old carved cigar box What a couple of charactersThis is one of five drawings on ledger paper I am listing, all found together, with some 19th c. writing on some of the pages, but the drawings done a few decades later, I'm guessing 1920s or 30s, when a kid, or a couple of them, got a hold of the ledger. I've got a special love for a battle scene like this drawn by an 8 or 9 year old, playing out so viscerally across the page that one can see it's vividness in that child's imagination, unfolding in
