The 2017 vintage in Margaret River was cool and wet

A generously wooded and menthol infused nose offers up slightly more elegant aromas of essence of red cherry liqueur, earth and soft spice nuances. The rich and caressing medium weight flavors possess fine mid palate concentration that coats the palate on the dusty and balanced finale. This is carrying more wood than I can warm up to but the density suggests that it will eventually be absorbed if you have the patience to wait. (89
