Made from a blend of 70% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir, and 10% Meunier sourced from sites in Ctes des Blancs, Montagne de Reims and Aube. Vinification Mthode champnoise. Fermented with indigenous yeast in stainless steel tanks and 600L demi muid Burgundy barrels. Site Ctes des Blancs, Montagne de Reims and Aube Grapes 70% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot
