Peter Passuntino 1960s Tempera on Paper Painting of Black and Pink Mask carved finials 9 3/8" tall x 2A couple more works on paper today by Peter Passuntino (b. Chicago, 1936), dating to the 1960s this bold painting on paper of a face or mask, and a second more narrative sort of drawing. I find them both very full of humanity and emotion this one making me think a bit of Picasso, and Matisse too, and very much of the sort of sorrow and search for meaning that transcends time. 13 7 8" x 10 3 4". Overall pretty good condition, with loss to lower right
