Painted Horsehair Plaster Vintage Bas-relief Grecian Couple in Profile book of party games I believe it was sculpted

I believe it was sculpted by hand and is signed on the bottom with what appears to read "THacaring" or similar

the smaller 4 3/8" diameter and 1 1/4" tall

Otherwise both the frame and the poster are in great vintage condition

Very worn condition (the hand seems to be hanging on ok and might glue back in place but I'm not sure)
