Portrait of John Fortescue Aland (1670-1746) Size:L: 90 x 60cm A member of the RoyalHalf length in legal robes and wig. Inscribed below: 'IOHN LORD FORTESCUE. Pubd. July 12 1800 by S. Harding 127 Pall Mall.' In pencil lower right '1 ' John Fortescue Aland was elected a Fellow of the Royal Society in 1711. Original: stipple engraving. 1800
