I purchased this from the same excellent dealer (a source of many treasures) from whom I purchased a gorgeous ancient Roman glass flask about a month ago (he seems to be doling out one piece at a time) and he, much more knowledgable that I, believed it to be a similarly early piece. However, I have not found another out there online with the same shape of spout as this one, so I can't say with 100% certainty so I am pricing it in
