Iconic "Sidekick" Merlot Alsace Petit VerdotFrom Iconic Wines, the "Sidekick" line is made for everyday drinking. The Sidekick Merlot is blended with Cabernet Franc. Both the Merlot and Cabernet France are fermented in stainless steel, then partially aged in French oak for a minimum of six months. The wine is structured and earthy. Merlot has fallen out of fashion, but dont believe Paul Giamatti. This is one of the true great grapes of the world. California
