A mix of Riesling, Weissburgunder, Muller Thurgau, the wine has lift and energy and a complex bundle of citrus, stone fruit, herbs. Jochen, an ex BMX racer turned holistic, natural wine phenom is regarded for his complex understanding of the greater ecosystem that must exist to transcend ordinary wine. Farmed
