There is something just a little “Oriental” about the style of this Potensac that delivers impressive body and grip on the finish

There is excellent vibrancy to the attractively textured medium weight flavors that also exude a refreshing salinity on the citrusy

but it should have no trouble amply repaying 12 to 15 years of bottle aging

but the potential is clearly enormous

Domaine Dujac, Echezeaux Vintage:2023 There is something just a(from the climat Champs Traversin). An unusually high toned nose of red berry fruit, earth and an intriguing mix of spice elements that include clove, anise plus a note of hoisin complements well the rich, full bodied and velvety flavors that also have an inherent exoticism, all wrapped in a mouth coating, pure and focused finish that delivers both excellent length as well as a seductive mouth feel. I particularly like the underlying sense of tension.
