Existential Feeling Tintype Portrait of a Wide Eyed Baby with Half Hidden Mother early stone fruit notes the box) in 1967I really really love the expression on the face of this baby looking as though all at once confronting the world as a whole and the question of life's meaning facing the void! An intense, wide eyed stare that feels completely true and all encompassing. And then mother, at left, in partial view, looking somewhat solicitous but no great help! 3 1 4" x 2 3 8" and in good antique condition, irregular left edge and clipped left bottom corner.
