This charming little stoneware owl is one in a trio designed by Edvard Lindahl for Gustavsberg Sweden in the 1960s

Really a beautiful piece that would be great for storing jewelry

whose credits included performing as a Copacabana girl in New York with the likes of Frank Sinatra

and is nice and deep so as to be useful in the kitchen

Green Enameled Chinese Porcelain Plate with Pewter Rim vintage wood toy This charming little stoneware owlI've seen a fair number of these sorts of hand painted enameled porcelain plates with pewter rims and bottoms, but I think none I find as pretty as this green one. I just love the yellow design at the center (a dragon and a bird?) against that perfect green, and then the white patterning around the border detailed with gold and pinkish red. At 7 3 4" across, it's a nice size for serving small bites, or just hanging on the wall. Excellent vintage
