Siege of Rouen mb-code AACW001045 the mentally unstable Ibrahim ISiege of Rouen, 1418 1419 (1893). The Siege of Rouen took place during the Hundred Years War. The English surrounded the city in July 1418 with the intention of starving the French defenders into submission. The city eventually surrendered in January 1419.
