A Commemorative Plaque To Francisco Franco Inaugurating Spain’s Synthetic Rubber Industry Auction dated to Berlin on 17Constructed of silver, the obverse bearing an etched dedication to Francisco Franco in his capacity as Caudillo (Leader) of Spain from a delegation of the Ministry of Transport, recognizing Francos role in the opening of Spains first synthetic rubber factory, part of a series of economic initiatives that resulted in the so called Spanish miracle of the mid to late Franco era, the lower left corner of the obverse bearing a five pointed star indicating
