A Badge of the Technical Instituted of Peter the Great, c. 1900 Newly Listed with cloth insideIn silver gilt, a oval shaped badge, the center featuring a double headed eagle with hammers and calipers behind the talons, surrounded by a thick silver wreath, the reverse with a screwpost, support plate and screwback, the support plate is numbered 36936, and is marked 4, measures 42. 4mm (w) x 56. 3mm (h), weighs 35. 9 grams, wreath heavily oxidized, hand etched, remains in very fine condition.
