Germany, Wehrmacht. A Eastern Volunteer’s M42 Overseas Cap Newly Listed and a dog tag(Wehrmacht Schiffchen M42 fr Freiwillige Osttruppen). A well preserved Wehrmacht M42 overseas cap issued to an Eastern volunteer, constructed of field grey wool. The cap is fully surrounded by fold down side walls, scalloped toward the front, providing optional ear and neck protection to the wearer.
