The grapes are fermented separately in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, as they have different aging times. After malolactic fermentation, made of steel, Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon are blended and placed to mature in French oak barrels of medium aged for a minimum of eight months. After bottling,
