One constructed of tombak, the obverse consisting of a Silesian style German national eagle clutching a silvered banner in its talons bearing a raised inscription of FR SCHLESIEN (FOR SILESIA), overlaid across its chest by a silvered Brustmond, the reverse with four visible prongs securing the obverse features in position, topped by an integral loop and suspension ring
