Dated to December 23, 1944 and signed in blue ink by a Major, the name is illegible. Measuring 153 mm (w) x 215 mm (h), presenting two folding creases, two punched holes, creasing and fraying of the edges, and tearing along the edges of the folding creases, remains fair.
