NEW YORK" on the reverse, measuring 82 mm (w) x 85. 5 mm (h), vertical pinback flanked by dual stays, intact enamels, scattered silvering and gilt wear, near extremely fine. Footnote: The Order of Andrs Bello was instituted in 1965
