Rhine Hall Distillery Plum Brandy x220331 Caribbean Rum infused with botanicalsBrandy 40% ABV Producer: Rhine Hall Distillery Commercial Description: To make our Plum Brandy, we use Castleton and Stanley plums from farms in Michigan. The fruit is shipped in crates to the distillery at the peak of ripeness. Each crate of approximately 1,000 lbs is hand sorted and separated from the pits for fermentation. Some of the pits are left in the fermentation tanks to add depth and body to the brandy. Our unaged spirits are rested in
