A 230th Infantry Battalion "Voltigeurs Canadiens Français" Cap Badge, Type I with Fleur-de-Lis Republic of (무공훈장武功勳章)In browning copper, voided, maker marked "BIRKS 1916" on the reverse, measuring 40. 2 mm (w) x 49 mm (h), both lugs intact, extremely fine. Footnote: The Battalion was raised in Eastern Ontario with mobilization headquarters at Ottawa under the authority of G. O. 69, July 15, 1916.
