Constructed of a light olive drab cotton twill, trimmed with blue piping (indicating 4th Oberbann), and bearing hand embroidered blue numerals 21 (Bann 21) above Roman numerals II (Unterbann 3), unmarked, measuring 45 mm (w) x 120 mm (h), demonstrating minor soiling, in uniform removed and very fine condition.
