One finishing vessel gets imparted with toasted American oak that derives its enhanced sweetness from heating the inside of the barrel to caramelize the natural sugars in the wood. The other is finished with Toasted French Oak that brings out subtle flavors and a silkier texture which is more akin to wine aging. Once each component has the
