A striking plack and white portrait of Kaiser Wilhelm II, depicted in full imperial regalia and with an array of orders and medals visible, the lower right corner bearing the Kaisers handwritten signature in graphite pencil, with a location of BERLIN and date of 1900 situating the dedication, the image measuring 112 mm (w) x 172 mm (h), presented on a layered card stock backer measuring 210 mm (w) x 272 mm
