A silver Maltese Cross in white and blue enamels with ball finials, laurel wreaths in each quadrant, obverse center with crowned Dutch Lion on a background on blue enamels with gold pattern, surrounded by white enamel with the motto JE MAINTIENDRAI, reverse center with stylized "W" for Queen Wilhelmina, surrounded by white enamel with the words God Zy Met Ons (God is with us), adorned by Imperial Crown,
