Constructed of Gold with multi coloured enamels, presenting as a Maltese Cross with white enamel arms, each connected by a red enamel stylized Brandenburg eagle (Brandenburgischer Adler), central medallion with raised Gold monogram of King Frederick William II of Prussia inside blue enamel ring with motto of SINCERE ET CONSTANTER
