Constructed of machine embroidered silver aluminum bullion wire thread bearing two narrow black thread bands, set an on black cotton blended background, marked with Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) label clearly bearing manufacturer code A 128 and serial number 227877, measuring 85 mm (w) x 70 mm (h), unissued and in near mint condition.
