Revolution White Solera NV No Sulfites Added Wines recently acquired by MilanThe Revolution White from Johannes Zillinger is an experimental mix of 3 grape varieties: Chardonnay (50%), Riesling (25%) and Smling (25%). The story doesnt end here though. The Chardonnay was fermented in amphora, The Smling in barrels and the Riesling was made with a unique solera system (different vintages put together year after year).
