Constructed of partially silvered brass, the obverse bearing a raised German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, within a ribbed ring bearing oak leaf branches, the reverse with swivel attachment prongs, unmarked, measuring 62 mm (w) x 48 mm (h), with minor oxidation evident, in near extremely fine condition.
