Wurttemberg, Kingdom. A 9-Year Long Service Medal, C.1915 Auction Archive for the Huron Regiment(Dienstauszeichnung fr 9 Jahre). Instituted 19 July 1913 by King Wilhelm II. (1913 1921 issue). Constructed of nickel silver, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, the obverse with a central raised crown, within a laurel wreath, the reverse with an inscription of FR TREUE DIENSTE BEI DER FAHNE (FOR FAITHFUL SERVICE TO THE FLAG), above a wreathed number 9 in Roman numerals, unmarked, measuring 31. 40 mm (w) x 36. 37 mm (h), very fine.
