Constructed of a red cotton blended cloth base, overlaid by double sided central white cotton blended discs measuring 72 cm in diameter, in turn bearing dyed black mobile swastika, the hoist edge featuring a hollow channel for suspension, unmarked, measuring 206 cm (w) x 122 cm (h), demonstrating minor soiling throughout in addition to some material fatigue which includes hand stitched repairs to the hoist edge, a national flag style
