Prussia, Kingdom. An Iron Cross 1813, I Class, Museum Specimen Hold bottom pocket has two spools(Preussen, Eisernes Kreuz, I Klasse). Instituted 10 March 1813 by King Friedrich Wilhelm III of Prussia. An iron cross paty with magnetic core and silver frame, a blackened cross patte within a hatched border imposed, the reverse bears a vertical flat pinback with a round wire catch, marked 800, measuring 43. 65 mm, very fine.
