Constructed of silvered bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, the obverse with a raised depiction of the House Order of Hohenzollern, the reverse with a central monogram of Kaiser Wilhelm II, circumscribed by an inscription of FR TREUE DIENSTE (FOR FAITHFUL SERVICE), with a date of 27. 1. 1934, unmarked,
