Germany, Kriegsmarine. An Em/Nco’s Transport Specialist Insignia Auction dated 23 January 1943(Kriegsmarine rmelabzeichen). Constructed of dark blue wool, the obverse bearing a zink insignia with a gilt soutache, unmarked, measuring 67 mm (w) x 85 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition.
