Constructed of silvered machine embroidery in the shape of an upward pointing arrow with a broad ring at the base, inscribed Fr Leistungen der HJ (German For proficiency in the HJ), with a mobile swastika centrally oriented between the ring; embroidered onto a black rayon patch; the reverse with an RZM HJ tag, numbered No 074113 and stamped 134 in blue ink; measuring 75 mm (w) x 117 mm (h); in
