In silver with ultramarine blue and black enamels, marked "800" (silver) and Milan silversmith marked on the reverse, obverse illustrating a banner bearing the Motor Transport insignia above the inscription "10 AVTORAGGRVPPAMENTO DI MANOVRA", the banner backed by an eagle on a pole, a ribbon banner below inscribed "FERVENT ROTAE . FERVENT ANIMI", flanked by inward facing fasces on both sides, with the dates "1940
