A Second War German Eagle Order “Verdienstmedaille” Merit Medal Auction Archive 1930's period issue and typeA German Eagle Order Merit Medal (Verdienstmedaille des Deutschen Adlers); in bronze; on loop for suspension; with is full length period original ribbon; unmarked, however these bronze versions of the Verdienstmedaille are traditionally made by the Official Viennese State Mint; measuring 37. 47 mm in diameter; weighing 19. 2 grams; in overall very fine condition.
