A silver star with a blue enameled center medallion with raised silver gilt lettering, reading Quis Ut Deus (Latin Who [is] like God), surrounded by an gilt ring, the reverse marked 900, measuring 22. 32 mm (w) x 25. 71 mm (h); weighing 3. 5 grams, worn, otherwise near extremely fine.
