Female dress from the time of Henry VI Aske's Hospital Year 7' (25 July 1799)Female dress from the time of Henry VI, 1421 1471, (1910). Woman wearing a horned headdress with coronet and large cauls. The robe is short waisted, with a train in front and behind, and a V shaped opening in the bodice. The cincture (girdle) is very broad, with a gypciere hanging from it.
