Constructed of silver, the obverse consisting of an oval oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by a stylized belt surrounding a letter R, around a central depiction of a manned chariot pulled by two horses, the reverse with a barrel hinge and vertical pinback meeting a rounded catch, maker marked L. CHR. LAUER, NRNBERG and stamped with a silver
