A diamond medal in silver surrounded by laurels and ribbon, the obverse centre bears a left facing sitting crowned woman with a shield superimposed before her, her right arm is extended holding a wreath, behind her is a body of water with a boat, a lion and two columns with a banner wrapped around them, below bears the inscription CAMPANA DE CUBA (CUBA CAMPAIGN), the reverse centre bears
