Cconstructed of an olive drab cotton base, topped on the obverse by a layer of olive drab cotton rayon cloth, bearing a machine embroidered silver aluminum wire NSKK insignia in the form of a German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika and topped by a banner, situated above a silver aluminum wire chevron overlaid by olive drab threaded bars, the reverse retaining a
