J22 Rustic & Earthy Limited quantitiesJ22 by Dom Bliskowice is made with an Piwi grape variety: Johanniter. The wine is light, fresh and salty, it surprises the palate with its electrifying acidity. The lovely caramel aftertaste comes from the time spent in French barrels. We like to drink this wine accompanied by fresh oysters or a fish ceviche (not too spicy though).
